How does booking work?

Your time is a request, not an automatic confirmation. I review every booking personally and will either confirm your time or reply with an alternate time that works.

What if the time I picked doesn't work for you?

Touring schedules change fast. If I can't make your time, I'll email you with an alternate time as close as possible to the one you picked.


Just reply to that email to confirm, or suggest another time that works better for you.

How will the call happen?

I'll call you at the phone number you enter when you book, at the confirmed time.

How should I prepare?

Write down your top three questions before the call. If you have a tour budget, day sheet, résumé, or plan you'd like me to look at, reply to your booking confirmation email and send it over ahead of time.


The more I know going in, the more we can get done in the hour.

Calls are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time, and the calendar shows times in Pacific time.

Can I reschedule?
